SPOA is a pension fund for Public Pharmacists that consists of 5.500 members and manages 1,6 billion euro's in assets. The pension fund transitions in 2024 to a new pension service provider. In 2025 the goal is to transform from a defined benefit pension contract to a flexible pension contract (CDC). Peter is currently at pension funds PFZW responsible for the transformation from a defined benefit pension contract to a CDC contract (0,8 FTE). PFZW services 2,8 million members, employers and manages 220 billion in assets. Regardless of the scale Peter is able to drive innovation and change within a high complex and political environment. He has in-depth knowledge on governance, strategy, risk and technology driven innovation. He easily switches between strategic, tactical and operational level.
