About Peter Bardeck

Peter Christoph Bardeck, Specialist Palfinger Brand Studio Graphic-Designer, Art Director, Illustrator Trying to describe the career path, it could be defined by two different lines, each one in relation together. The first line is simple and straight, following just one major Goal: Design. The second one shows up the several approaches to reach this very goal, retrospect seen anything else than straight. Creating professional Illustrations became soon the main profession, ahead of Shop-and Windowdesign of the earliest days. Again two paths opened up in these days, Illustrations for Industries and Agencies on one side, and an artistic approach on the other side. Both of them rewarded by several international Awards, and Exhibitions in SUI, GER, ITA and AUT with Art topics. Moreover I could share my experience as Art Instructor in Vienna, and Author for specialist Art magazines. The power and possibilities of graphic software added and changed several approches to design. Together with excellent colleagues completely new styles could be created, bringing classic knowledge and digital possibilities together to new levels. This resulted in great artwork, styles and corporate designs for campaigns like the America`s Cup, Red Bull X-Alps, Cliff Diving, Hangar 7, the Flying Bulls, motorsports from MotoGP to Formula One, the famous Hahnenkamm Downhill race, followed up by other companies like Schloss Schönbrunn, Stiegl to name just a few of them. However, today Design in all its variations will stay as the primary goal in every topic of daily work. Whatever new techniques will come up, and traditional tools get modern again. Stay tuned!
