About Peter Bartolotta

Mr. Bartolotta originally hails from Long Island, New York, and has lived in Southwest Florida since 1993. He holds an Associate Degree from Nassau Community College in Hempstead, New York. Mr. Bartolotta has worked for a number of prominent companies, including Xerox, Bowne Time Sharing, AT & T, Wisconsin Telephone, Pitney Bowes, Executone of New York, Audiovox, and Nynex. His positions have included Major Account Manager, National Sales Manager, Division Manager, Branch Manager, Regional Manager, and Vice President Sales & Marketing. He has been self-employed since 1988, involved in both the consulting, marketing and publishing industries. In 2006 he formed Acuity Group Management, Inc, a strategic consulting firm that works with leading developers, government agencies and local businesses. Today the company markets essential services (home and business digital phone service, cell phone service, home and business security systems, home and business satellite TV, credit card processing, natural gas, electric and solar for home and business. He is a graduate of the inaugural class (2006) of the North Port Leadership Institute (currently the Gulf Coast Leadership Institute). In 2007 he was one of the founding board members of Vision North Port, and served as the project manager for the Imagine North Port project. In 2011 he was one of the founding members of the North Port Economic Development Corporation, and served as it’s first President. He serves on the North Port Area Chamber of Commerce economic development and government relations committees. Mr. Bartolotta was selected in July of 2010, as one of the “25 People to Watch” by Biz 941 Magazine. His specialties include strategic planning, business development, government relations, community engagement, and economic development Mr. Bartolotta is an Eagle Scout.
