Co-ordinated various digital assets/tokenisation exploratory initiatives. • Process Innovation: Design and implementation of workflow improvements, from CFD/Equity Swap post trade infrastructures to revamping ETD post trade workflows, introduction of OTC Clearing capabilities, tactical and strategic build out of collateral management solutions and introduction of CLS safe settlement for FX trading to name a few. • Regulatory Compliance: Understanding and ensuring compliance with regulations (including EMIR and MiFIR) to ensure post trade processes are run within the parameters set. • Collaboration: Engage with and build up trusted relationships with stakeholders including Investment, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Procurement alongside external 3rd party vendors (BRS, DTCC, Osttra (TriOptima/Traiana/Markit), AcadiaSoft, Tradeweb and ICE etc) to achieve strategic aims. • Industry Engagement: Chair of the Investment Association - Derivatives Post Trade Committee (2016 – 2021), participation in various industry forums along with speaking at industry conferences.
