About Peter Bernhard

Trust, integrity and hard work is key for me in all aspects of life. That be my professional life, my passion for running, or people I admire. Having gained 35 years of work experience, and passing 50 years of age to me do not equal the time to slow down. There are still room to evolve as I am not done with learning or seeking new adventures. Gained a lot of my experience about process development, lean and quality management in the Printing Industry. My years as people leader added a layer of HR skills. Working today as specialist those skills is well used when working in project groups or doing stakeholder management. A natural talent for handling complex problem solving added layers of practical skills over the years, have formed me into a specialist in creating process founded lasting solutions within Quality Management or logistic on global scale. The opportunity to move positions several times within the LEGO Group over the last decade providing me with an even clearer picture of my strengths and weaknesses. Becoming a part of the LEGO Group Global incident task force as facilitator of the most critical incident in a multinational company working with stakeholders on all levels of management is to me a huge recognition of the Integrity and professionalism that I a recognized for by collogues and superiors.
