A strong commercial focus which has included: Full P&L responsibility Setting and managing operational (circa £40M) and capital budgets (in excess of £150M). Detailed understanding of cost models and network economics to achieve significant cost reduction programmes. Business case development for large scale projects and negotiation of large complex contracts (£150M plus). Leading large scale integration projects, delivering significant operational and financial benefit. Outsourcing and Offshoring in house capability Quietly driven and results orientated, constantly challenging and looking for ways to improve. Experienced in leading major change programmes which have delivered over £10Million of annual operational benefit or significant performance or platform advantage. Maintains a strong focus on delivery with an empahsis on ensuring sustainable delivery. Has the ability to manage multiple complex relationships to gain a common understanding and commitment.
