Manage Schedule of Rates contractors in Metro area to ensure compliance with the E&C contract as well as ensuring all E&C and 3rd party work delivery targets / KPI’s are met. Provide timely and accurate investigation, design, estimating and auditing services as required, Ensure network infrastructure is designed to comply with SA Water Design Standards. Prepare construction estimates based on Schedule of Rates for water, wastewater and recycled water connections, extensions, fire services and 3rd party alterations. Undertake the “Safety in Design” process during in-house water, wastewater and recycled networks design process. Ensure legitimacy and approval of Schedule of Rates and 3rd Party invoices including variations to minimise costs. Undertake onsite inspections to ensure high quality water, wastewater and recycled water installations are constructed by schedule of rates and 3rd party contractors in a cost-effective manner and to SA Water standards. Onsite inspections for practical completion (once job is completed). Deliver services to internal customers within set KPI’s, negotiate services to meet customer’s needs, respond and react to customer enquires in a timely and professional manner. Support and assist the broader CTS team as required and upskill/mentor any team members undertaking their technical qualification and on the job training. Provide support / assistance to other SA Water business groups of other projects when requested by asset owners, capital delivery, business development, engineering services. Contribute and provide information and support to operational issues with internal groups (Adelaide Metro Service Delivery Contract). 34 years' experience is both Maintenace and Capital Delivery. Diploma of Civil Engineering. Diploma of Project Management.
