About Peter Blade

As the National Head of the JLL Industrial and Logisitcs team I was provided an unique opportunity to rebuild JLL’s strong heritage in the industrial sector, which included an overhaul of our NSW, Victorian and WA teams. This start from scratch approach allowed me to align all of our industrial offerings under one banner, providing genuine nationally connected solutions to our clients and customers alike. Our service offerings now include Sales and Leasing, Occupiers Services, Supply Chain, Warehouse design, Project Management, Capital Markets, Data Centres and UTenant I have been thrilled to build upon strong foundation and reputation of JLL globally in industrial and logistics - One Sector- One Team - One JLL! Beyond my leadership role, I am still very much on the tools, enjoying the day to day interactions with clients, selling and leasing major industrial projects with a key focus on the Outer Western markets in Sydney. I am also passionate about providing career pathways and growth through the industrial business, by fostering our next generation of young talent with a particular emphasis on increasing the representation of women in the sector. Whilst we as a business have achieved a lot together since returning to JLL in 2018, the achievement I am most proud of is we have become Australia’s largest employer of female industrial agents - JLL are number one with distance and continue to grow!
