Experienced in taking a project from conception to project completion. Focused on all segments of project cost including engineering, major equipment, bulk materials, field cost and owner cost. Also experienced in cost analysis, forecasting, budgeting and cash flow analysis. Also worked on system enhancements to the project information management systems to improve collection and analysis of project data. Project planning and scheduling experience crosses all project phases, types and sizes. At various stages of employment, have used Primavera Project Planner (P3 and P6), SureTrack and Microsoft Project scheduling packages, as well as the SAP cost program and client-developed programs. Experience is with cost reimbursable and lump sum engineering, procurement, and construction projects. Extensive experience working with personnel at all levels of the organization, both internal to the company and at the client.
