With over 16 years of work experience in the IT field, I am a seasoned and versatile IT manager who can handle diverse and complex tasks. My mission is to provide reliable, efficient, and secure IT solutions that support the goals and operations of Herregan Distributors, a leading wholesale company. I value innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction, and I bring a unique perspective and experience from my military background and my previous role as an IT system administrator. As the IT specialist at Herregan Distributors, I oversee the IT department and manage the IT budget, projects, and staff. I am responsible for implementing and maintaining the IT infrastructure, systems, and network, as well as providing help desk support and troubleshooting for the end users. I have successfully completed multiple IT initiatives, such as upgrading the hardware and software, migrating to the cloud, enhancing the cybersecurity, and improving the IT policies and procedures. I have also leveraged my IT Fundamentals+ certification and my skills in help desk implementation and network administration to optimize the IT performance and ensure the IT alignment with the business objectives.
