I am an advisor dedicated to empowering the ambitious. With over 30 years of experience, I now hold the position of Global Private Markets Leader at EY, specializing in collaborating with high-growth family and private business leaders to accelerate and sustain growth. Based in Rotterdam, my professional journey encompasses guiding a diverse range of clients, including start-ups, scale-ups, mid-size businesses, VC/PE-backed and family enterprises, as well as large multinational corporations. My areas of focus include Growth, Entrepreneurship, Family Enterprise and Start-ups / Scale-ups. I also hold the EY Global 7 Drivers of Growth Leader role and am the co-founder of this framework; I thrive on supporting CEOs and their leadership teams to envision new possibilities for their businesses. By developing actionable plans, we successfully execute growth strategies, unlocking the full potential of businesses and enabling leaders to achieve their ambitions faster. My educational background includes an MSc in Industrial Engineering & Management Science.
