Background

About Peter Bosmans

As an experienced Computer Vision Engineer with over ten years of expertise, I combine technical knowledge with a passion for innovation in image processing and artificial intelligence. My work focuses on translating complex challenges into robust and efficient solutions, using both classical computer vision methods and state-of-the-art deep learning techniques. I have extensive hands-on experience with CNN-based models and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras, and I make intensive use of Python and OpenCV for image analysis and algorithm development. In addition, I continuously explore the theoretical foundations of Transformers and GANs to translate new insights into future applications. Throughout my career, I have delivered a wide range of computer vision projects that blend scientific precision with tangible business impact. What drives me is building bridges between research and real-world applications by using technology to create measurable value for clients. Whether it is automating visual recognition systems or optimizing postal and fulfillment processes, I always strive for solutions that are not only technically sound but also deliver real, practical value.
