About Peter Bot-Severijns

Pragmatic service and operations leader / project lead with extensive experience in organising and improving service delivery, service quality and operational performance. I bring calm and clarity to complex environments, translate ambiguity into practical choices, and ensure teams and partners deliver what was agreed. I like working close to execution: setting priorities, standardising ways of working and driving continuous improvement step by step — less noise, more predictable delivery, and higher customer and stakeholder satisfaction. My track record is firmly rooted in (business) travel and airline service/disruption environments, which means I’m comfortable operating under pressure, with many stakeholders and strict service expectations. I also have strong experience in client implementation: organising roll-outs, embedding working agreements and bringing teams/stakeholders along towards stable delivery and improved service quality. At the same time, I’m deliberately broadly deployable — including in public service and purpose-driven organisations where execution, quality and people-centred collaboration are key.Core strengths: Service Operations • Service Delivery • Continuous Improvement • Stakeholder Management • Client Implementation • Service Quality • Team Leadership
