Responsibilities 1.Understanding, reviewing, enforcing the HSE plan for each project. 2.Enforcing rigorous field HSE assurance interface with execution contractors, including method statements & risk assessment review as well as review of 3.Enforcement of company procedures for controlling delivery of fieldwork to completion. 4.Enforcement of company procedures for technical query (TQ) and non-conformance reporting and control. 5.Review and discipline approval of construction scopes of work. 6.Ensuring constructability input to own and peer works project portfolios, including inclusion of constructability findings with project execution plans and later delivery of construction work in line with those findings. 7.Ensuring realistic planning of construction/commissioning phase activities from Define Phase of works project execution, ensuring such planning input is included in the project execution plans, enforcement of execution contractors schedule reporting to company expectations, verification of contractors progress reporting, chairing & recording of regular meetings. 8.Delivery of construction/commissioning man-hour estimates for inclusion with project estimates, control of approved man-hour budgets according to company procedures, detailed man-hour forecast for construction/commissioning management disciplines within various projects.
