Dr. Peter Braun specializes in national and international public procurement law, privatizations, public-private partnerships and regulatory compliance. He regularly advises public sector authorities, including federal authorities and municipalities, on the structuring of complex public procurement processes, especially in the IT sector. Dr. Braun has experience in litigation in procurement matters on behalf of public sector entities and private sector companies before the review chambers in Germany. He has extensive experience in helping clients develop effective strategies for participating in tendering processes with a total value of over €15 billion. Dr. Braun has published extensively in the field, advised on the implementation of EU Public Procurement Law, and is a regular speaker at national and international conferences and training seminars.
