Responsibility (including international) for finance, treasury, taxation, systems, complex group consolidations, audit, ASIC and banking relationships. Complex transaction responsibility including Prospectus and Product Disclosure Statements; Scheme Implementation Agreements; Asset acquisitions; Corporate Schemes- both creditors and members; debt negotiation and covenant management; cross border/international business reorganisation; M&A/disposals; court applications. Professional services: previous senior partner and discipline champion in large national chartered accounting practice. Commercially mature with strong finance experience.
