About Peter Broxton

I worked in strategic leadership roles in the pharma, medical device and food sectors specialising in growing businesses, multi site operations management (including factory moves to low cost economies), supply chain optimisation, strategic transformation management, exits to Private Equity, sourcing from low cost economies, programme management and product development. I then used this experience in a variety of interim assignments, due diligence projects and business advisory/consultancy roles in the UK, USA and Europe for Private Equity/Venture Capital owned companies, SME's and PLC's. Main achievements include sustained top line growth, margin improvement, shortening time to market for new product introductions and fund raising for start ups. I have transitioned to NED and business advisory roles. This includes being part of the 'expert advisory team' at Alderley Park Accelerator and also working with start ups to bring medical device products to market. Examples are a maternity product to reduce the potential for stretch marks (Secret Saviours, launched in 2016), a blister prevention product (PelliTec) launched in June 2019 and a product to eliminate swallowing problems in the elderly (Viscgo, due to be launched in 2021).
