As counsel in the Restructuring and Insolvency Group at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP, Peter's practice includes representing debtors, foreign representatives, official creditors’ committees, equity committees, potential purchasers and unsecured creditors on bankruptcy proceedings, distressed asset sales, out-of-court restructurings and claims trading. He has acted in domestic Chapter 15 cases in the U.S. as well as many international Chapter 11 proceedings. Previous to joining Curtis, Peter received his LL.M. in Bankruptcy from St. John's University School of Law.
