About Peter Bugarsky

I, Peter Bugarsky, the previous owner and head chef at The Belle Isle Sports Bar and Grill in Minocqua, Wisconsin would like to express my interest in pursuing a position as a food service. I feel that this potential professional connection will be a benefit due to my multiple qualities that will enable current and future prospects. My extensive experiences range from one extreme to another, culinary arts and restaurant ownership to ski area management and ski hill equipment production. As for the restaurant ownership, I have ran and operator three publicly well perceived bar and grills and a fine dinning establishment. Further, I have had experience within ski area management at many differing locations. My classroom and hands-on education enabled me to excel within many business opportunities, which in turn has provided such profitable experiences.
