I am an infrastructure advisor with a focus on major project development, commercial strategy and commercial due diligence. I have experience with project delivery organisations, government authorities and consulting across multiple industries, in Australia and the UK. I am motivated by the variety and complexity of the challenges faced as an infrastructure advisor on high value/high impact projects and maintain an eagerness for continuous learning. I bring a relationship-focused leadership style to projects, working collaboratively with clients to maintain trust and set projects up for success with agreed approaches to complex issues. I aim to deliver success for my clients by understanding the key drivers of a project, ensuring they are appropriately captured and managed, and showing resilience to overcome challenges. My core capabilities include- Project Director: building teams, managing risk and delivering successful project outcomes for major projects in the development phase - Transaction Management: leading teams of transaction managers to deliver complex, stakeholder intensive and politically sensitive major project transactions - Commercial Management: driving positive commercial outcomes through strategic alignment and incentivisation - Due Diligence: providing independent cost, schedule and risk advice to inform investors and clients making investment decisions on mega-projects - Delivery Strategy: developing design, packaging and contracting strategies for complex major projects - Risk Advisor: providing risk management advice to clients. My current focus is building my financed infrastructure project experience to add further value to my clients and projects.
