I am a Project Manager capable of overseeing multiple complex projects, from conceptualization stage through to project hand-over and DLP completion. I have been involved in prestigious projects such as Doha International Airport, Doha Metro, Doha Festival City Mall, Park Hyatt Hotel - Yas Island, Dubai Marina Mall & Hotel and Qasr-Al-Sarab Desert Resort. More recently I have been involved in a project for the design & build and complete fit-out of 3 United Kingdom standard hospitals for the Sultanate of Oman`s Ministry of Health. I have extensive project management experience and have gained valuable working knowledge in staff administration and supervision, WBS program development and management, contractor / vendor assessment, pre-qualification and management, materials selection, construction methodology, QA/QA and HSE. I confidently manage and present reports on construction progress, program, and cost elements to Project Management Teams and Project Stakeholders as required to ensure that all parties are kept informed. I have exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills, effective communication (written and verbal) and motivational leadership qualities to keep teams focused and productive.
