About Peter Buzas

I always enjoyed challenges and were interested in computer technologies. After finishing my studies in 2005 I had multiple roles in IT where I either implemented or supported various IT solutions from different vendors. In my first roles these included IT security solutions from BorderWare, SurfControl/WebSense and teleconferencing products from Polycom, LifeSize, Cisco, Microsoft, Vidyo. Then from 2013 after joining Avaya Professional Services I helped partners and customers design and implement both UC and CC offerings like Avaya Workplace and Avaya Meetings Server, various Avaya Aura components on-prem and in private and public clouds like Avaya Workspaces for Elite and Avaya Experience Platform. In my current role I am part of the Genesys Cloud Development Support Team working on complex issues in different cloud environments to help my colleagues, our partners and customers deliver the best CX and EX!
