About Peter Byrne

My University Degree gave me the skill set to tackle a range of tasks such as management consultancy, data analytics, and financial services. Perhaps more importantly, it fuelled a passion for problem solving. As a strong analytical thinker with a creative mind, I often find myself first to the mark in solving the tougher problems and typically have an idea of the solution in my head before pen is put to paper. In my current role as a Support Engineer with Automation Consultants, I work through complex client requirements including application performance monitoring and maintenance, integrations, managed hosting services, large scale migrations and best practice consultancy, as well as conducting projects and development internally. Working with clients on a variety of projects every day, I have developed strong communication skills and am approached by new people with newer problems every day. I work very well as part of a team and am reliable when left alone to a task - a strength that has really come into play whilst working from home during lockdown! In the future, I am eager to travel and work in new challenging environments to develop my skills and progress my career.
