Nutek Bravo is a Medical Devices Sterilization, Science, and Engineering Company, based in the San Francisco Bay Area. We provide reliable, convenient, and accessible irradiation services using either Electron Beam or X-ray processing. Our sterilization technology is a cost-efficient and modern alternative to other modalities, such as Gamma [Cobalt-60] or Ethylene Oxide [EtO]. The Nutek Bravo facility in Hayward, CA has been designed with maximum flexibility in mind, allowing for batch processing, limited production runs, engineering studies, and specialized emerging products that need to be sterilized. Our core competencies are what any client in the healthcare and medical device manufacturing space value: a contract sterilizer that provides transparent process validation for products (per ISO-13485 and and subsequent just-in-time batch processing services thereafter. We have protocols in place for establishing bioburden, substantiating sterilization doses, mapping doses, and auditing sterilization doses for any product. Additionally, Nutek Bravo offers a suite of R&D based services that have been designed to help our clients test new ideas and get their products into the process validation phase.
