My diverse legal experience started in a law firm representing a wide variety of established and startup companies, some of which have become multinational multibillion dollar companies. Next, I provided legal representation for an established technology company, a startup technology company, a federal credit union and a comprehensive healthcare system operating in two states. I have the energy, bandwidth and respect for a company’s culture to deliver success. Established the first central compliance and legal department in a comprehensive healthcare network of 32 clinics that provide comprehensive healthcare and support services in two states. Responded to and resolved all legal and regulatory matters, and implemented new regulations, managed outside counsel, litigation matters, and developed a contract management system. Represented a start-up technology company, including raising capital, formation, instituting protections against technology disclosure, managing venture capital financing, and negotiating a license agreements.
