Hi, I'm Pete Carroll. Thank you for reading my profile. We provide Refrigeration and Electrical Services to food industry businesses. We care about your business. From breakdown and repairs to design, sales and installation of refrigeration equipment. We even assess refrigeration equipment for people before they commit to buying an existing business. I feel very lucky because for 35 years I have been doing what I love. I am passionate about helping businesses with refrigeration & electrical problems. I have a genuine love for the industry. I enjoy banter with our customers along with the challenges and rewards every day. I like using my skills and knowledge. I don’t know everything but what I don’t know I will find out as nothing beats me. I love leading by example, teaching our employees and seeing them grow -forever learning. Business owners know the heat of Perth summers affects refrigeration equipment. This doesn't mean it has to breakdown every summer. I am a problem solver with innovative ways to fix long standing problems – always seeking answers. Being dual traded is a real bonus. Many times we get called out the customer does not know if it is a refrigeration or electrical problem. This puts a smile on my face as we can fix both. Incredible people in Palmerston North New Zealand trained me in 2 apprenticeships. While being an accredited trainer and assessor of apprentices I ran my own business for 15 years. Then I came to Perth and stole the heart of a beautiful West Aussie girl and married her. I have settled here and love the people and lifestyle.
