Provided full set-up and ongoing technical support, user training for both site and Head Office staff, and developed an integrated MI reporting system for the capture and analysis of invoice-related data. • Created and developed a bespoke MI reporting suite using Pentaho, for analysing the performance of Canon’s outsourced print-management suppliers, within a 6-month time-frame. Increased data integrity and improved speed & efficiency in report processing, resulting in significant cost savings to Canon UK Ltd as a result of less staff hours required to carry out the weekly reporting functions. • Managed and implemented the migration of all Canon Business Services invoicing for UK & Ireland to an off-shore outsourcing company, within a 5-month time-frame. Created and provided all documentation, process maps, instructional videos & one-to-one training, achieving a seamless handover. KEY SKILLS Expert user of MS-Excel and MS-Access software packages, including writing macros, queries etc. Competent in using MS-Power BI and MS-Word. Working knowledge of OracleR12. Experience with statistical analysis packages, including SPSS, as well as specialist Education software.
