About Peter Cassidy
Having transitioned from the classroom to a leadership role in the administration at my school, I am starting to understand the different roles people play in any organization. I am lucky to still have my feet in the classroom as a curriculum coordinator (PYP) while also being responsible for optimizing communication and collaboration within the learning community. The book "Professional Capital" by Michael Fullan and Andy Hargreaves was a pre-reading assignment for the MES program at the University of Alberta.
