I am a young professional with years of experience in business processes, employee management and hiring process. At my previous and current role, I have seen substantial business transformation and development firsthand as a high performer who was strongly involved in recruitment and hiring processes. I am an advocate for mental health and believe a strong and inclusive work culture is directly correlated to a successful business and company. I am graduate from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce specialized in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources and also currently pursuing my Bachelor of Arts at Athabasca University.
