About Peter Chan

With over 15 years of experience in the sports and fashion industry, I am a senior director at adidas, where I lead the Regional Accounts for the East China Region. My core competencies include strategy, consulting, and transformation, and I have a passion for creating positive impact through sport. I have an MBA from INSEAD, and I speak English and Mandarin fluently. In my current role as Senior Director East Regional Franchise Account Sales, I set and oversee the commercial and P&L achievements with the franchise accounts with annual retail sales of over 1.3B RMB. Previously, I was the Senior Director PMO, where I led the transformation of the business model of adidas China, across end-to-end topics from business planning, customer and marketplace management, merchandising, retail operations, product creation, and SCM. In both roles, I leveraged my strategy, consulting, and transformation skills, as well as my cross-cultural and cross-functional collaboration abilities, to deliver results and drive growth and innovation.
