My major career focus is on quality improvement and GMP compliance. As a Plant Equipment Validation Specialist, I develop, and implement validation activities to meet current GMP compliance. Being a Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA) with a comprehensive knowledge of quality improvement to help company to increase productivity and minimize downtime to promote operational excellence to improve OEE performance. Through my working experience, I have developed strong project management, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills. I believed in continuous improvement and had attended many training and development courses to upgrade myself throughout my whole career life. I have both ASQ and ISPE membership. I am holding senior membership in ASQ. Specialties: A resourceful plant equipment specialist with a comprehensive knowledge and practice plant equipment qualification and GMP compliance audits in GxP regulatory environment. Direct experience in process mapping, cost reduction and cycle time reduction. Leadership, problem solving and team building are the key strengths that help company to achieve the business quality objectives.
