I am the CEO Vialto Partners, a portfolio company of CD & R. We are the largest, independent global mobility company, focused on disrupting and transforming the global mobility ecosystem. Vialto Partners comprises over dedicated immigration, tax, HR and technology professionals supporting multinational organizations and their cross-border employees. My job is ensuring that Vialto Partners delivers on our mission of Making Mobility Easy by providing a consistent, high-quality, value-added experience to each client in every market. I graduated with honors from Manhattan College in New York City, NY. Received J.D. from Pace University School of Law. Attorney and admitted to practice in three US jurisdictions: New York, Connecticut, and the District of Columbia. I am a member of the Member of the American, New York, Connecticut, and Washington DC Bar Associations, and also the ABA’s Immigration Law Section and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Joined the New York office of Price Waterhouse in 1982. Admitted as partner in 1993. Served as lead engagement partner on PwC's largest and most complex global mobility engagements. Also served as the Quality & Risk Management leader for the Global Mobility practice. In this role, responsibilities included regulatory initiatives and working with AICPA committees and IRS Commissioners on matters affecting mobility issues and our clients. Thrilled to become the CEO of Vialto Partners in April 2022
