Everything is an opportunity! Seeing the world this way seems “Pollyanaish” to many. The enlightened minority, though, consider this mindset to be the foundation of their business success and personal happiness. They don’t see winning or happiness as goals. Rather, they are the outcomes that naturally flow from intentionally striving to be your best self. Success for them has little to do with what others expect, and everything to do with what their inner wisdom has told them. As an Area Rep for Assisting Hands Home Care, I help folks evaluate whether starting their own senior care business is the right move for them. If it is, we work together to get it up and running as quickly as possible. As a coach, I worked with people seeking to see, embrace, and take advantage of the opportunities that life presents. That work was particularly beneficial to those in sales and marketing roles, although anyone wishing to know what success and leadership truly means to them benefited. My perspective leverages 30+ years of experience working with sales and marketing leaders in the medical device arena, a 50-year meditation practice, and intensive, life-long training as a coach and mentor.
