Achieving results in a (market) environment (Business-to-Business, commercial, technology & innovation, international, energy transition, hydrogen economy, program management) I do by looking through and across borders of expertise, techniques, networks, value chains, markets and/or processes. COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT | PRODUCT, MARKET & TECHNOLOGY 2001 - present Working in the commercial field from various positions, ranging from key account manager to business development manager. The important thread being “the art of information gathering (leads, analysis) and targeted sharing (communication), and seeing and placing this in an integrated context”. Determine the value chain (ecosystem)(who plays where), determine your own position and that of your customer/market (formulate Unique Perceived Benefits) and think and act outside-in (follow your customer/market). PROJECT & TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT 1990 – present After graduation started on an (international) groundbreaking process & application development project at DSM Limburg BV. After successful completion of this project and a number of years in a production supporting role, I made the step from this R&D environment to an (automotive) production environment as a project manager.
