As the Global Wellness and Work/Life Lead at Gen, I am passionate about creating a positive and healthy work environment that supports the objectives and values of the organization. I have over 15 years of HR experience in various domains, including benefits, compensation, employment law, employee relations, performance management, and policy and procedures. In my current role, I partner with different business groups and centers of excellence to design and implement wellness and work/life programs that enhance employee engagement, productivity, and satisfaction. I also leverage my SHRM-SCP certification and HR best practices to provide strategic guidance and solutions to senior management and stakeholders on HR-related issues and opportunities. My mission is to empower and inspire the employees of Gen to achieve their full potential and wellbeing.
