As an Executive leader with over 30 year’s, experience in Mechanical, Electrical and Process Engineering, successfully delivering high-value, complex projects. Peter provides executive and technical direction for the development, design and systems integration across multiple client engagements from definition phase through to implementation. Peter has managed projects up to $4B and has held senior leadership roles on a number of complex multibillion dollar projects. While Peter’s career focus has been in Mechanical, Electrical and Process Engineering, he has also significant experience in, automation, operations and asset management. Peter’s management approach promotes and coordinates technical knowledge and innovation within the organization, tracks and identifies new opportunities to improve project costs and implementation. Peter facilitates active leadership, team motivation and teamwork, communicating the mission, strategy and progress to the team. Peter has extensive experience in performance management, using methods such as Earned Value Management. Peter has the ability to quickly effect change and improvement with key expertise in visualising, designing and executing business process re-engineering or continual improvement programs. His creative problem solving and engineering skills combined with frontline management makes him an invaluable executive or technical leader. In his current role of Executive Consultant, Peter leads a team of technology experts taking responsibility for project delivery and business development; leading and mentoring staff professionally and technically to support and expand a multidisciplinary team.
