About Peter Croshaw

At the core, I have a craftsman mentality with the desire to exceed the expectations of my customers, my team, and myself. My career experience in process engineering, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, product engineering, project management, new product development, sourcing and supply chain management, and technical/production management is reflective of my versatility and ability to adapt. This has prepared me well as an integrator with a strong ability to connect with visionaries. Here are some characteristics that set me apart: Idea Generation - Ideas are fascinating. My skill is finding connections between two or more disparate phenomena. This mentality has helped me in my career with outside the box, innovative ideas. Turning these ideas into reality is an area where I succeed. Restoration - The credit goes to my father for teaching me how things work. Since then, I've worked to hone that innate skill of recognizing how to put things together, usually after being bold enough to take them apart. At first this made me a good engineer but I've since found the same strength as I've applied adept problem solving to strategy and people issues. Intrapreneur/Entrepreneur - Taking ownership is part of my nature and my responsibility. I don't want to meet the status quo, but to continuously improve and do my part to drive my company to the next level.
