About Peter Csaba

More than 7 years of competitive level rowing taught me how to systematically work towards the goal our team. It laid down the foundation of my way of approaching and solving problems, and helped me in the 17 years of my professional career, including 10 years of leadership experience. I held different business development and process development roles in the telecommunication, energy and real estate sectors with a proven track record on setting up novel business mindsets and realizing their corresponding growth strategies both within the B2C and B2B segments. Leading a team for a common goal has many similarities as how we prepared to get in the best shape physically and mentally for the nationals. All team members have to push hard each and every day to keep the team’s dream alive and focus on their own strengths and weaknesses. I truly believe that such an approach in the professional life can also benefit the team members and can help not only to reach what we have aimed for but also their own individual career path. As their coach, I only need to support them in every possible way.
