About Peter Cummings

Software Engineer with experience in management and team building. I was fortunate to have survived the pandemic, but my old career in hospitality management was not as lucky. Always looking for the opportunity in the moment, I was able to switch paths into Fullstack Javascript software engineering. I have worked inside the tech industry in the past and had always wanted to pursue the development side. The pandemic afforded me the time and opportunity to pursue my interests. As a recent graduate of Fullstack academy and a certified Scrum Master, I am appreciative of my path as my experiences in life and in management give me a greater understanding of the reach and scope of the products we create and people we effect. This time in my life has been challenging, but challenges bring out the best in me.
