Passionate about aligning and building commitment across various internal and external business partners towards increased financial performance, challenging the status quo, “connecting the dots” and making “IT” work. Excited by the recent climate change discussions that have increased the awareness of enterprises that they must assess and act on the risks and opportunities from climate change. My experience in managing change and complex business transformations, managing relationships and my understanding in the art of the possible in digital transformation are powerful levers to driving “green thinking” into achieving “competitive eco-advantage”, whilst keeping as overarching priority the target to increase financial performance. Profile • Action oriented, strong sense of accountability, known to be pragmatic and building commitment. • Effective in influencing and communicating at all levels of the organization and externally. • Experience in shared services and multi-supplier business process outsourcing. • Experience in Sales and Business Development “on the supplier side of the table” (Genpact and Accenture) • Proven track record in driving and motivating continuous improvement, harmonization and simplification taking full ownership of complex business transformation programs. • Strong believer that sustainability and social responsibility are excellent drivers for cost reduction, simplification, employee acceptance to change and client satisfaction. • Experience in Agile transformation techniques, in particular driving a company wide transformation program during the pandemic, using various team collaboration tools such as murals, sharepoint and video material. • Dutch and English native, fluent in French, basic knowledge of German.
