About Peter de Vera

For years since 1987 after high school, I made my way on the streets going cold, door to door and selling everything under the Sun. I found myself selling things that had value to many and it helped create the person who I am today. I learned very good marketing skills, people skills, customer centric skills, tapped into my creativeness to be more than I ever thought possible and I've got this internal drive that keeps me on fire like the ever expanding Universe. This internal fireball of energy is something that brings me to far places & would love to share it with many people. I am making the World a better place to live! By meeting so many people in my life, I attracted many things to further develop my skills by attending many knowledge based meetings, seminars, events and training. As I am enjoying this continuous growth since I was a teenager, I've listened to thousands of hours of audio cds and personal development books and recordings related to my industry that has helped my purposefully for personal and business growth. In the last 30 years, I've co-owned & owned businesses related to sales and service of household items to personal impulse and unique items to computers & printers, supplies and maintenance. In the last 18 years, real estate has been my love and passion and I've touched many lives by making the American Dream alive and strong by delivering hundreds of homes to hopeful buyers and sellers. As a full time realtor, I have been privileged to work with eXp Realty, the first of it's kind to be on a 3-D based cloud, the 1st of its kind. We are making leaps & bounds into the future because we are a green company & realtors are being treated with the rewards & benefits they deserve with more time & money freedom like no other company.
