I have previously managed BT Financial Advice teams across NSW and Qld. I provided coaching and supervision to both Senior and Advanced financial advisers across retail and commercial banking divisions and assisted them to provide Strategic financial solutions to clients to help achieve personal and financial goals. In my role at AXA and most recently as a consultant I have trained coached and developed employees of financial planning business in soft selling skills, client value propositions, marketing and business to business strategies, organisation and time management skills. I have provided training and coaching services to senior AXA management and practice managers on leadership style, employee retention and motivation, emotional intelligence, coaching and mentoring employees. In my role as a regional manager wrap platform sales I have had great success in account management and wrap platform sales, building and developing new and existing business relationships with financial planners and practice owners.
