About Peter Deliso

At Executive Counsel PLC, Peter provides legal services to a wide variety of clients with a focus on small to mid-sized high-technology firms. His broad domestic and international experience includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, commercial transactions, software and technology licensing, corporate structuring, and corporate governance. Prior to his work with Executive Counsel, Peter served for over 14 years as Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary to LCC International (NASDAQ-listed), a leading international provider of wireless engineering services, network deployment services, and hardware and software products to the wireless industry with operations in over 20 countries. Prior to LCC, Peter served as Corporate Counsel to Mtel / SkyTel, an early pioneer in wireless data messaging, where he handled the company’s in-house legal affairs during a period of rapid growth and international expansion. While maintaining his fulltime law practice, Peter Co-founded 868 Estate Vineyards, a unique destination vineyard, winery and gourmet restaurant situated in the heart of Northern Virginia's Wine Country.
