Experienced business manager with over 35 years experience in the oil industry, managing business and leading senior management teams in the competitive downstream sector of the industry, including having managed businesses in PNG with staff cohorts of up to 600 employees. I have successfully led company operations through acquisitions, divestments, amalgamations and market growth strategies. Throughout my business career I have demonstrated resolute leadership qualities, effective communication and presentation skills, strong business management competence and the ability to work both with a peer level team, as well as effectively & professionally build and lead strong management teams. Above all I have a strong commitment to the delivery of a professional service based on a sound understanding of business principals having had exposure to and involvement in varied business activities. I now work with Disruptive Sage where we partner with intelligent system developers to deliver innovative solutions to drive productivity and efficiency gains for business clients. These digital solutions manage compliance for asset intensive industries, leverage the power of AI and analyse and predict customer sentiment. In short we help our clients run their businesses better and more efficiently. I am also working with The Australasian Interim Executive Association (AIEA) to provide recognition of the Interim Executive as a professional business person keen to take up interim engagement roles to assist the growth and development of business operations. I have worked with The Executive Connection (TEC) as a Chair elect, with TEC focusing on coaching and mentoring senior executives to enhance their personal and professional lives, assisting them to outperform the competition.
