A recent graduate of Cornell’s School of Hotel Administration, Peter is an enthusiastic individual with previous hotel management and administrative experience. Peter’s extensive background in hotel customer service combined with decades of experience in car sales sets him apart from his peers. Peter knows how to cater to discerning clientele; transforming them from first-time consumers to life-long customers with his unique blend of customer-focused attention to detail, job knowledge, and affable personality. Outside of the hospitality industry, Peter enjoys golf, fine food, travel, and film and uses these interests to connect with colleagues, and guests. Service excellence and teamwork is core to Peter's value system and drives him to get the most from his team. Peter believes in a S.T.A.R.(Something To Always Remember) approach, by being able to adjust to the personality of every guest so that their levels of service are not met but exceeded before, during, and after their stay. This type of mentality distinguishes him from other service individuals and ultimately leading to increased guest retention. His commitment to team building, training, and mentoring creates a strong team-focused environment that places the needs of the customers first.
