Experienced SAP Project Manager & Enterprise Mobility Solution Architect I am an experienced SAP project manager, leader, and Enterprise mobility architect. Since 2001 I have been working with SAP implementations in various roles and lately my focus has been on Enterprise Mobility solutions - both SAP and other. I have several years experience in definition, architecture, design, management and implementation of large SAP mobility projects and most recently I have been Sweden lead for Enterprise Mobility and the IBM/Apple alliance in Sweden focusing on identifying and designing solutions to enable mobile led digital transformation. I have also led the Swedish SAP mobility area within IBM for many years as well as actively leading the design and development of mobile solutions for SAP at customers. In addition, I have experience as project manager, program manager and team leader from a number of SAP implementations (3 - 150+ team members). I have experience from running large ERP transformation project using traditional waterfall methodologies as well as defining and implementing agile concepts in subsequent mobility projects and I am well versed in different methodologies and when to use what. As for leadership experience I have managed both junior and senior consultants for many years and completed the award-winning IBM Leadership training. As Swedish lead for the well regarded graduate program Consulting by Degrees as well as being a consultant manager with HR-responsibility and a mentor since a 2010 has given me valuable experience in organizational development and people management.
