Extremely highly motivated individual with wide experience in Road Transport in particular the Public Transport sector. Involved in Public Transport for his entire working career, starting with Sitch Bus Lines in administration. Then after the take over by the Kefford Corporation was promoted to Depot Manager, managing various depot sites. CDC Victoria then acquired the business and since has enjoyed the innovation brought in by the new management team. Working for all three different companies has provided invaluable knowledge from the small family business to the large multination. This has en-powered the motivation, passion, and drive enabling for this person to adapt and bring along his vast knowledge, powerful management style, excellent ability and efficiency towards constant improvement for both business and customer. This experience and broad understanding of the Passenger Transport Industry has now allowed for a new role with the head office team as Process Improvement Manager. Where responsible for compliance, process improvement and development.
