I am a happily married Engineering supervisor at IAT Global, with almost 10 years of experience in the automotive manufacturing industry. Throughout my career, I have gained a deep understanding of the manufacturing process from start to finish. In particular, I specialize in automation and efficiency planning, and have helped numerous teams develop and implement innovative solutions that improve productivity and reduce waste. As a supervisor at multiple companies, I have honed my leadership skills and gained valuable experience in managing teams and driving results. I have been fortunate to have a few prominent mentors in my career and enjoy paying it forward. I believe that empowering and developing team members is key to achieving success, both for the individual and the organization. Outside of work, I am an avid reader of self-development books. I believe that if I'm not constantly learning and growing, I'm wasting my time. I enjoy exploring new ideas and strategies for personal growth and applying them to my own life and work.
