Also at Cricket launched the brand in over 3,500 national retail doors and opened major markets including New York, Boston and Detroit. • Leading through change – successfully integrated two major acquisitions at Cellular One/Dobson that drove incremental growth and took three different carriers through acquisitions by AT & T. • Developing strong teams – at Cellular One/Vanguard took responsibility for an acquired market and moved from last in the company in employee engagement to first. At Cellular One/Dobson was given responsibility for another region. I restructured the organization and built a strong team that drove a double digit annual growth rate.
