For me it starts with a clear concept of Stakeholder Management. Nothing happens without people and no two people are alike. Motivations, interests, and abilities are all over the map with any group. Understanding those dynamics and harnessing that energy can create an unstoppable team. Change is what a project is about, build something new, change the way we do it, or improve on what we have done. Change is non-stop. Change Management helps us get to the end of the project with the right changes that build value.
